SHIPPING POLICIES
The standard method of shipment is airmail or EMS. You'll be emailed
a tracking number after your package has been shipped to you.
The delay of shipping is usually 2-3 weeks. Package should arrive
to customer destination within 4 weeks.
EXPRESS MAIL
If you wish EXPRESS Shipping, please contact our Customer Service
Department by email at customerservice@Kopnoi.com
to request EXPRESS Shipping and we will send you a quotation for
shipping. Once agreed, the cost of express shipping will need to
be paid through Paypal. Once received, we will proceed with EXPRESS
shipping.
After your order has been processed, you will receive an email
notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation
of shipment and a tracking number.
Customer support may contact customers for additional information
as required.
In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted
immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please
contact us and make sure to include your Kopnoï order number,
as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your
request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is
designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers
quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel
an order once it has already entered the shipping process.
Kopnoï reserves the right to cancel any order if unable to
fulfilled request in reasonable delays unless previously agreed
by customer.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED
KOPNOÏ charges additional shipping costs for orders returned
to us or re-routed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Our free shipping policy cover the cost of sending an order to customer's
shipping address but shipping charges does not cover the cost of
sending an order back to Kopnoï or getting the package re-routed
to its intended address and apply even if the order was shipped
for free to the customer with our free shipping promotion.
For returned merchandise, customer will be responsible for the return
shipping TO and FROM Kopnoï. We will ship again to customers
when shipping payment has been received.

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
Need to change or cancel your order? It's easy with Kopnoï.
Just contact us by email at customerservice@Kopnoi.com
within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll update or cancel
your order for free.
If you are unable to change or cancel your order within 24 hours
of placing the order, your purchased items will be sent to you.
You may return the order within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

RETURN POLICY
KOPNOÏ is committed to providing our customers with quality
products at fair trade prices. We guarantee that you will be satisfied
with our wide selection of products. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, return the items within 30 days of delivery date
and we will gladly replace the items or refund your money. All returns
are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE:
" Only items that are in their original packaging and in new
condition with a RMA# (Return of Merchandise Authorization Number)
will be accepted for returns.
" Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returned items.
" Items returned after 30 days of delivery date will not be
accepted.

" Items that are dirty, washed or used will not be accepted
for refunds.
" Customer is responsible for shipping costs on exchanges,
replacements for the 2nd shipping, unless original product was defective

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Before you can return items to Kopnoï, you will need a Return
of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact our Customer
Service Department by email at customerservice@Kopnoi.com
to request an RMA#. Our customer service representatives will need
the following information:
1. Order number
2. Product name and SKU
3. Reason for return
4. Specify whether you want to return for a replacement, exchange
or refund
When you receive the RMA#, write the number and reason for the return
on the back of your packing slip. Include the packing slip in the
return package, and send the package to:

Kopnoï cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost
or delayed during shipping, and we can only credit you for items
received.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive items that are damaged or defective, we will gladly
replace the broken parts, if possible, or ship a replacement to
you for free. Just contact our Customer Service Department by email
at customerservice@Kopnoi.com
and provide our customer service representatives with the order
number, product name and SKU of the items you wish to replace.
WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive wrong items or are missing items, we will replace
the items - at no extra cost to you. Just contact our Customer Service
Department by email at customerservice@Kopnoi.com
and provide our customer service representatives with the order

SALES TAX & DUTIES
Kopnoï is not responsible for any sales tax or duties applied
to the package at arrival. Customers must pay any amount applied.
If Customers refuse the package, Kopnoï reserve the right to
charge the customer of any extra cost to be paid due to the refusal
of any charge for the returned package.
