KOPNOÏ, made in Laos
Kopnoï, taken from the Lao language, means “little
frog”, a universal symbol for balance in the environment.
In November 2005, after four years of developing the eco-dyed
cotton apparel collection for men, women & kids, Kopnoï’s
opened an Export Promotion Center located in Luang Prabang,
Laos. Our selection also includes silk apparel & accessories,
designer jewelry, home collection, as well as gift boxes,
spices & delicacies.
Working closely with artisans, villages, non-governmental
organizations and non-profit producers, we constantly
develop innovative products and create new collections
for the modern life using traditional Lao skills. Most
of our designs are unique and exclusive. All of which
are entirely made in Laos.
KOPNOI’s mission is to promote the best that Laos
has to offer on the world market. By purchasing our products,
it helps sustain Laos’ economy and provide villages
with income to ensure them a better quality of life. It
also encourages the celebration of Lao culture and keeps
it alive for future generations.
In the world we live today, people are constantly confronted
to stress and the pressure of society. The production
process everywhere has lost its human factor. Many are
